Hand picked Chardonnay from Whitlands and made using the traditional method. The Chardonnay is bottle fermented, on lees for 24 months ensuring a fine bead, and hand disgorged. Winemaker Damien has handled each of these bottles 14 times. With zesty acidity, flavours of baked apple and citrus with a hint of freshly baked bread.
