26th, 27th and 28th January 2017

Each day we will take a small group of budding winemakers to different vineyards including our own in the King Valley . So get ready to roll up your sleeves and learn through a winemakers lens to test for colour, PH, and bunch weights. We will then head back to our vineyard and winery to understand how it is processed and finish off the day with dinner and a glass or two of wine.
$140 per person from 5-10pm
